Warehouse Associate I
Location: 25250 Regency Drive, Novi, MI 48375, United States
Duration: 3 Months
Pay rate: $17/hour
Schedule: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview: The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for general labor tasks including lifting, organizing, and operating warehouse equipment. The role requires physical strength, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs and operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Safety boots are required.
• Experience with PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize and pick products to fulfill orders.
2. Load and unload trucks, moving heavy items safely.
3. Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles safely, maintaining necessary licenses.
4. Assist with inventory management, including counts and reporting.
5. Organize warehouse stock efficiently.
6. Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to inventory and shipping documentation.
8. Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Partnerships: Collaborates with Distribution Center Supervisor, Lead(s), and Customer Pick-Up Coordinator.
