Job summary

ALL, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support our appliance operations. You will pick and pull appliances using an RF scanner, load and stage items for delivery, and verify quantities against paperwork.

This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs with a partner, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally assisting with basic installation. We offer ESOP, competitive pay, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in Northern Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience handling large or heavy products safely (up to 100 lbs with a partner).
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Warehouse or distribution experience; RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our warehouse and delivery operations, responsible for preparing products accurately and safely for our customers.
