Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Machine Operator positions in Houston, TX, and beyond!

This job order has been posted as a waitlist to help pre-qualify candidates to be contacted when new opportunities arise.

Schedules : 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts

Pay Range : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on position availability)

General Requirements :

• Recent experience with machine operation, production work, or general labor
• Willing to submit to background and drug screenings
• Good understanding of industrial safety
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as Press Operator, Production Machine Operator, Packaging Machine Operator, Molding Machine Operator, Punch Press Operator, Bottling Operator, or Printing Operator is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities may include :

• Running machines on the production line, setting up and monitoring equipment for manufacturing
• Operating press machines to form, mold, or cut materials such as metal, plastic, or paper
• Operating injection molding machines to produce plastic parts by injecting molten plastic into molds
• Overseeing the operation of machines that package products, ensuring proper and secure packing for shipment
• Running automated assembly machines to ensure proper assembly of parts for finished products
