Warehouse Associate I

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. This includes checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs for inventory accuracy, prepping loads, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  • Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, and consolidate finished goods.
  • Identify and report quality issues, validate SKUs, and correct LGV alarms.
  • Unload goods, maintain storage areas, and address spills.
  • Operate forklifts when needed, facilitate flow of information, and monitor resin and spring water.
  • Coordinate preload activities, check trucks, and provide loading documentation.
  • Maintain records, participate in process improvements, and ensure a safe, clean warehouse.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with transportation and production.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing environment (0-2 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in similar roles and managing projects or teams

*Experience may include a combination of work and education.
