Summary:



The incumbent in this job is responsible for shipping and receiving materials and parts in the warehouse. The position also handles basic international shipping based on sales orders. The incumbent will also perform additional Logistics functions as needed.



THIS POSITION WILL BE TRAINING IN YORK, PA THEN MOVING TO MIDDLETOWN, PA FALL OF 2025


Responsibilities:



  • Perform fast paced, accurate shipping and receiving duties as assigned.

  • Loading and unloading of trucks both inside and outside.

  • Delivery & retrieval of parts to and from assembly SHOP area.

  • MHE inspection/maintenance checks.

  • Support field service operations by arranging toolbox shipments

  • Create commercial invoices from MRP system for export sales

  • Post shipments & scan completed documents


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Minimum (3) years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • STRONG organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • STRONG working knowledge of computers and Windows software.

  • STRONG knowledge of inventory practices and procedures.

  • SUFFICIENT product knowledge in order to resolve inventory issues.

  • STRONG pick and pack techniques for shipping of inventory.

  • PRIOR Forklift/Highreach operation & certification.

  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools.

  • UPS/Fed-Ex/LTL shipping knowledge.


Physical Requirements:



  • Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

  • Must wear gloves and ear protection.
