NPW is seeking a highly organized and metrics-driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. If you enjoy mentoring a team and helping to create processes to improve efficiencies, then this is a great opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking and responsible for assisting in various warehouse duties, including shipping & receiving, loading & unloading product orders, stocking & storing inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain warehouse organization to prevent errors and safety mishaps.
2. Receive and stock products in appropriate zones.
3. Use handheld scanners and relevant software for shipments.
4. Pull orders by identifying part numbers.
5. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
6. Manage trash disposal daily.
7. Follow supervisor’s directions.
8. Operate forklift (certification is a plus).
9. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
10. Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Ability to read, stand, walk, and use hands.
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
