Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill and package customer orders, receive incoming material, and prepare shipments for domestic and international destinations. This role emphasizes teamwork and accurate documentation to support timely deliveries.

You will perform order picking and packaging, receive and store materials, and ensure vendor paperwork is correct. Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and supporting other duties as assigned are essential to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow document requirements for receiving and shipping.

Job description

SUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming material, and preparing customer orders for domestic shipping. The Warehouse Associate will be required to work in a team environment to achieve the expected results.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packaging.
• Receiving, Packing, and Storing material in warehouse locations.
• General understanding of vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping.
• Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping and verify all required documentation is included.
• Ensures warehouse and workstations are clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
