Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will operate forklift and pallet jack as needed, sort materials, and load product into trailers. Responsibilities include assembling customer orders, staging, packing, and QA checks to ensure accuracy before shipment.

• Operates equipment such as forklift, pallet jack as required.
• Performs QA checks to ensure equipment readiness and accuracy.
• Ensures outbound packing meets standards.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

• Forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting


• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number


• Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers


• Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders


• Performs proper packing and prep of all outbound orders
