Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for the Greensboro, NC facility. The role runs 7AM–4PM Eastern Time and involves receiving parts, unloading with a forklift, and building pallets for inventory.

Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment, with verification of goods against PO/invoices and record-keeping. Candidates must have forklift experience (standup, sit-down, cherry picker), basic computer skills, RF scanner

Qualifications

• Initial 2–3 hour training and certification.
• Experience with standup, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts.
• Proficiency with computers (MS Office, etc.).
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management.
• Must be able to stand 8–10 hours daily during peak periods.
• Dedicated, hard-working, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and seek clarifications when needed.
• Good teamwork skills.

Job description

Warehouse Associate I – Greensboro, NC

Schedule: 7AM - 4PM Eastern Time

• Receive parts, use a forklift to unload the parts coming into the warehouse, and possibly build wooden pallets to put the inventory/parts on
• Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of products

Job Requirements

• They will have to do quick training and certification that can be done in about 2-3 hours their first few days.
• Candidate MUST have standup, sit-down (standard), and cherry picker (reach truck) forklift experience.
• The person must have knowledge on how to use computers. (i.e MS Office ..etc.)
• Experience in using RF Scanners for inventory management and order processing in a fast-paced environment
• The job will require them to be on their feet 8-10 hours a day - especially during the peak period.
• Need to be dedicated, hard-working, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
• Able to follow instructions, but also not afraid to ask questions for clarification.
• Good teamwork skills.
