Job summary

CablesAndKits in Commerce, GA is hiring a Warehouse Associate I to ensure customer orders leave the warehouse accurately, safely, and on time. You’ll start in shipping and fulfillment and learn additional warehouse functions over time.

Our team operates as one unit; consistent performance can lead to Warehouse Associate II. You’ll follow established processes, use warehouse systems, and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Check products, quantities, condition, labeling, and order requirements before shipment.
• Handle and package products carefully to prevent damage, loss, or shipping errors.
• Complete required warehouse system transactions and documentation accurately.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and communicate inventory, product, safety, equipment, or workflow issues.
• Support other warehouse activities as trained and needed.
• Learn and follow established warehouse processes, systems, tools, and equipment.

The Role

As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll help make sure customer orders leave our warehouse accurately, safely, and on time. You'll begin in a primary area - typically shipping and fulfillment - while learning additional warehouse functions over time.

We operate as one warehouse team, so everyone steps in to support other areas when trained and needed. Consistent performance and broader warehouse proficiency can create a path to Warehouse Associate II.

What You'll Do

• Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, distribution, e-commerce, or another hands-on environment is helpful, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour
