Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate I. You will join North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supporting construction projects and regional supply chains.

This role involves loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in warehouse work, forklift familiarity, and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
