White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate I in Charlotte, NC to support logistics and distribution operations. This role involves forklift operation, picking, packing, shipping, and handling incoming and outgoing shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on-site in a warehouse setting, lifting up to 50 pounds and collaborating with a team to ensure accurate records and timely delivery. Benefits and stability are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
