Elwood Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I in Alaska to join our warehouse operations team. This entry-level role handles receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with benefits including medical/vision/dental/Rx, weekly pay, 401k, and more. First shift Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm. Temp-to-hire with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (as trained and authorized).
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate I Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 06:30pm)
