Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18.65/hr | No Weekends! Afternoon Shift! Great Benefits!

Position Purpose:

Under supervision, the Warehouse Associate handles inbound materials, segregates and loads paper into shredders, maintains equipment, loads/unloads vehicles, and processes materials for treatment. Responsibilities also include assembling mail-back kits and general housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble mail-back and other product kits per procedures; fulfill customer orders from pick lists.
2. Pack orders securely for shipment.
3. Inspect and report inbound materials.
4. Execute outbound shipments using handheld devices.
5. Stock locations to meet demand and participate in process improvements (LEAN).
6. Unload shredded paper, media, and products nightly; reload trucks for the next day.
7. Operate and maintain baling machinery and shredding operations.
8. Safeguard hardware and equipment; operate forklifts; perform preventive maintenance.
9. Maintain a clean, safe work environment per standards; conduct inventory counts; record activities.
10. Perform other duties as assigned, observing safety procedures and operating equipment properly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and basic maintenance preferred.
• Effective communication skills; adherence to safety and operational policies.

Schedule:

Start Time: 12 Noon, Monday - Friday
