RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Carrollton, TX. The role operates 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. This 3-month temp-to-permanent opportunity involves heavy lifting, order processing, and forklift-free manual handling in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, read and write English, and learn quickly on the job. Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 is required.

Qualifications

• Must read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn.
• Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy manual labor.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming and outgoing orders using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes 24–100 lbs.
• Safely operate material handling equipment across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.
• Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.
