Job summary

Advantage Truck Group in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Parts Department. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a path to careers in parts, sales or service, with exposure to inventory control, picking, packing and shipping.

You will join a supportive team, earn hourly pay ($18.00-$34.00), and receive benefits from day one along with a 401(k) match and opportunities for advancement through our training programs.

Qualifications

• Entry level – no experience required.
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows required; data entry skills.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Forklift experience preferred.

The Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of inventory: shipping, stocking, picking orders and packaging orders for our customers – internally and externally. This entry level position will help you learn sales and service from the ground up. Your earning potential will increase as you develop your knowledge, skills and experience.

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday

Compensation

• Hourly pay $18.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime pay rate: time and a half
