Job Description:

The Role of the Hardware Associate is to install hardware to doors and create keys for special orders requiring additional matching keys or a master key. The candidate for this position is highly organized and can interpret, implement, and maintain pre-classified master key systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reading sales order sheets then pulling hardware from available stock and installing.
• Organizing and stocking shelves.
• Communicating to product manager when restock is needed.
• Accurately cutting new or duplicate keys and recording all key information.
• Maintaining a professional and clean working area.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
  
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Finely tuned motor skills (hand and eye coordination).
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools.
• Excellent Attendance.
