Job summary

PennEngineering in Tonawanda is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will receive products, pick orders, stock items, and process shipments using JD Edwards and barcode scanning for accurate inventory and timely orders.

Requires a high school diploma, 1+ years of warehouse experience, and ability to read/communicate in English. Forklift certification will be provided within 3 months, with ongoing safety checks and quality standards guiding daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry and order updating.
• Experience with barcode scanning technology.
• JD Edwards or another ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and other goods using JD Edwards as required.
• Pick orders using the ERP system and a Microsoft tablet.
• Verify quantity of products received by reading shipping information.
• Identify and stock products accurately into warehouse locations.
• Re-package products and ensure correct quantities per box.
• Prepare and ship products per customer requirements.
• Maintain equipment checklists and perform basic upkeep.
• Complete daily and monthly safety and housekeeping tasks.
