Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, pull inventory for shipments, and ensure accuracy of loading for timely deliveries.

The role requires basic computer skills, good communication, and the ability to work with a team in a physically demanding environment. Pre-employment checks are required and a forklift-driving background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to work closely with staff and maintain a cordial environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Pull inventory for shipments and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and optimize space usage.
• Interact professionally with customers and the public.
• Follow quality service standards and safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment and drive/escort deliveries as needed.
• Use technology to manage the logistics process.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse/Operations Manager.
