Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery preparation. You will load, pack, label, and ship orders, pull inventory for shipments, and ensure accurate recording and labeling while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

This role may involve occasional travel to project sites and interaction with customers and contractors, requiring reliable performance, basic math, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Basic computer skills for ordering, inventory, and record-keeping.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with staff and customers.
• Ability to perform arithmetic, read orders, and complete forms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Pull inventory for shipments.
• Ensure correct material is pulled and loaded on trucks for delivery.
• Record merchandise per standard operating procedures.
• Attach correct labels to all orders.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment; optimize space utilization.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment; follow quality standards and safety regulations.
• Load finished product onto trucks; navigate warehouse to collect orders.
• Interact with customers professionally; counter sales to General Contractors.
• Use technology to manage logistics processes.
• Perform other relative duties as assigned.
