Job summary

Echo Electric is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate in Louisville, KY, to ensure products reach customers by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and site maintenance. Shift: 8 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; Starting rate: $20-$22/hour based on experience.

Eligible candidates will operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform inventory checks with accuracy. Benefits include health coverage, 401K match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and development

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills in inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders; orders range from small boxes to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safety equipment and hand trucks/forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory accurately and safely.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut using appropriate equipment.
• Sweep floors and maintain a tidy, safe warehouse environment.
• Record damaged or defective materials for reporting.
