Cool Today is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team that delivers the best experience every day. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.

We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and paid training. This role includes lifting, driving company vehicles, and potential overtime with travel to various warehouses as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to drive company vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Knowledge or working experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Filtration preferred.
• Current forklift license preferred.
• Service Titan Experience preferred.
• Understanding of basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Internet browsing.

Responsibilities

• Picking, stocking, and receiving.
• Cycle count and manage inventory across the warehouse and fleet vehicles.
• Staging orders, and preparing for technicians' material needs.
• Ordering parts, and managing warranty claims from vendors.
• Run parts from warehouse or vendor to job site in a company vehicle.
• Other tasks as assigned.
