Job summary

Robles Management LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, transfers, and inventory control. The role requires accuracy, reliability, physical capability, and strict adherence to logistics procedures.

You will assist with loading/unloading, maintain organization, and participate in cycle counts and discrepancy investigations. A rotating Monday–Saturday schedule with a typical 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to use scanners, tablets, smartphones, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and stage merchandise for store deliveries and transfers.
• Verify products, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
• Maintain accurate warehouse organization and product locations.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and discrepancy investigations.
• Report shortages, damages, overages, or incorrect merchandise immediately.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Assist Drivers and Logistics personnel with daily operational needs.
• Follow all company procedures related to inventory, receiving, transfers, and documentation.
