Job summary

Rede Ag is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to help manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and teamwork to support internal operations and customer satisfaction.

You will help with picking, packing, loading, and organizing stock while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse and inventory systems.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, or light production activities as needed.
• Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, and customer service teams to support operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high‑quality standard.
• Maintain accurate and organized work practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
