Job summary

Summit Electric Supply is seeking entry-level warehouse associates to support receiving, picking, packing, and inventory tasks. You will learn product knowledge, operate standard warehouse equipment, and help ensure accurate orders for will call or delivery.

The role provides growth opportunities within Summit and emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
• Flexibility – ability to effectively adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products on a daily basis to replenish inventory.
• Understand products and their capabilities and warranties.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat and clean at all times.
• Maintaining safe practices and proactively upholds Summit’s commitment to a safe workplace.
