Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Attleboro, MA to handle warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage and delivery setup. Responsibilities include preparing orders, loading/unloading, maintaining inventory accuracy and complying with safety standards.

The role requires ability to operate a forklift, work independently or with a team, and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers. Overtime and various benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with 1–3 years of experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with collaborative mindset.
• Strong self-management, initiative and proactive problem-solving.
• Effective verbal and written communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Process requests, pull materials, and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Organize warehouse, manage bin locations, and ensure order accuracy.
• Operate a forklift and ensure equipment meets company standards.
