Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. in Franklin, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, staging deliveries and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse. This position runs 11:30am–8:00pm and requires weekend/holiday availability to keep orders moving and customers happy.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, organizing stock, inspecting items, and operating warehouse equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule; inspect products for defects.
• Obtain signatures on paperwork and assist with customer pickups.
• Participate in inbound/outbound quality assurance processes.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and keep the area clean and safe.
