Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations in the United States. You will receive shipments, pick and pack orders, stage deliveries, and ensure proper inventory storage while following safety policies.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively. Eligible candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of general work experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store product in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages on receipt and shipment.
• Assist in customer pickups and provide friendly service.
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain safety standards.
