Job summary

In Charge Electrical Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austin to support the Warehouse department. You will pull jobs, fill orders, and help maintain inventory across the floor.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2+ years of warehouse experience. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk, and provide excellent customer service. We offer competitive pay, PTO, cutting-edge technology, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Solid warehousing/inventory knowledge a plus (6–12 months preferred).
• Ability to stand/walk to fill orders and assist electricians.
• Ability to stock at various racking levels and use ladder.
• Ability to place product on/off trucks and shelving.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares merchandise for entry warehouse stock; pulls jobs and fills orders.
• Performs inventories to ensure accuracy; may handle back orders and adjust inventories as needed.
• Maintains visual standards in the warehouse through restocking and cleaning.
• Responds to customer issues with good judgment and problem solving within the job scope.
