Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate to support furniture and home goods handling in our fulfillment centers. You will learn warehouse operations, product prep, repairs and inventory processes while representing the Ashley brand with customers.

Qualifications

• Can lift, carry and maneuver up to 100 lb with aid as needed.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or furniture handling preferred but not required.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble and prepare furniture and home furnishings.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety procedures.
• Inspect and prepare merchandize to Ashley quality standards for pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize and stage merchandise for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product prep, minor repairs and repackaging.
• Support inventory with cycle counts and counts.
• Deliver excellent customer service in warehouse and homes.
