Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer Team in Dothan, AL. You will fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, operating warehouse equipment, performing inventory counts, and supporting customer service as needed. This full-time role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and maintain a safe work environment
• Receive material and verify quantities against packing lists
• Stock and organize incoming orders on shelves
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and verify correct item counts
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure correct delivery
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and related equipment as needed
• Load common carrier and company vehicles
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed
