Job summary

Snap Install, Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy logistics team. This part-time, on-site role focuses on accurate inventory, timely shipments, and smooth scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle receiving, packing, and basic inventory tasks, work with warehouse tech, and support cross-department collaboration while adhering to safety policies. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stand/walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work in the warehouse in person 5 days a week.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: assist in unloading shipments, inspect products for defects and damages, and store in designated locations; obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Picking & Packing: locate products using warehouse technology, pack securely, and stage shipments.
• Inventory Management: record inbound/outbound data, maintain organized floor plan, assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Safety & Maintenance: adhere to OSHA and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or dollies to move heavy items; other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
