Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Glendale Heights, IL. This full-time in-person role supports cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse duties.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of warehouse experience, can stand 8-9 hours daily, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork. We offer competitive pay with bonus, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must pass a background check.
• You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Proficient in order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiar with AS9100 requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting and inventory control.
• Quality inspection / Dimensional inspection.
• Processing documents and materials for outbound shipments.
• Processing documents and materials from inbound shipments.
• Kitting projects and shelf assembly as needed.
• Maintaining clean and debris free workstations.
• Strong computer literacy skills; other warehouse tasks as assigned.
