Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Irving, TX to join our team. You will perform cycle counting, quality inspections, and packing/shipping tasks while maintaining accurate inventory records and safe work practices.

The role requires 2–3 years in a warehouse environment, ability to lift 50 lbs frequently, and the stamina to stand 8–9 hours per day. A team-oriented mindset and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

• US citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand 8–9 hours a day.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping/receiving required.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting and inventory control.
• Quality/dimensional inspections.
• Forklift operations (a plus but not mandatory).
• Process documents for outbound and inbound shipments.
• Complete kitting projects and shelf assembly as needed.
• Maintain clean, debris-free workstations.
• Support various warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counting / Inventory Control
• Quality Inspection / Dimensional Inspection
• Forklift Operations (a plus but not mandatory)
• Processing documents and materials for outbound shipments
• Processing documents and materials from inbound shipments
• Kitting projects
• Shelf assembly as needed
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Maintaining clean and debris free work stations
• Various warehouse responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be able to pass a background check
• You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
• Shipping & Receiving – must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Must be able to stand 8-9 hours a day
• 2-3 years warehouse experience in shipping and receiving is required
