The Kendall Group is seeking an entry-level Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing products across our distribution network. You will work under supervision to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily center operations.

Earliest responsibilities include picking, packing, inventory checks, and safe operation of warehouse equipment. We value reliability, teamwork, and safety-minded individuals at our Portage location.

Qualifications

• Entry level work experience
• Ability to use standard office equipment and warehouse tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently
• Team-oriented and able to take direction from a supervisor
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute products to maintain center efficiency
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly
• Operate forklift, hand trucks or other equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine housekeeping
• Attend meetings and training sessions and follow safety procedures
