Job summary

Airgas is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Germantown, WI. The role involves loading, unloading, palletizing safety products, and ensuring shipment integrity. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace and may operate powered industrial trucks as needed.

Qualifications

Highschool Diploma or GED required.
1+ year warehousing or similar experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to push and/or pull up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours.
Ability to read and comprehend customers' orders, bills of lading, etc.
Basic math skills.
Knowledge or ability to learn computer software systems.

Responsibilities

Efficient Material Handling: loading, unloading, and palletizing safety products with care.
Shipment Integrity: ensure the quality and care of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Safety & Workspace Care: maintain a clean and organized work area for a safe environment and regulatory compliance.
Equipment Operation: operate powered industrial trucks as needed to assist daily warehouse flow.
Collaborative Support: support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth facility operations.
