Airgas is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Coppell, TX to support order picking and loading activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0-1 year of warehousing experience, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

You will operate cherry pickers and other equipment as needed, ensuring accurate shipments and safe, efficient workflow. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a large U.S.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• 0-1 year warehousing or similar experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to push and or pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours.
• Ability to read and comprehend customers' orders, bills of lading, etc.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge or ability to learn computer software systems.
• Cherry Picker.

Responsibilities

• Efficient Material Handling: loading, unloading, and palletizing safety products with care.
• Shipment Integrity: ensure quality and care of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
• Safety & Workspace Care: maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety regulations.
• Equipment Operation: operate powered industrial trucks as needed to assist in daily warehouse flow.
• Collaborative Support: assist team with various tasks to ensure smooth facility operation.
