Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas to receive products, pick and fill orders, and ship them while maintaining safety and inventory standards.

You will operate warehouse equipment, stage deliveries, and support customer pickups with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service. This role offers growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely where applicable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store product in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages upon receiving or shipping.
• Assist in customer pickups with excellent service.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including floors, docks, and aisles.
