Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and assist customers on the floor or in the showroom area. A forklift may be used, and inventory checked throughout shifts in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will load and move products, maintain safety standards, and provide friendly service to customers while supporting store operations. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.
