Job summary

Vistar in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support our distribution operations. You will help with shipping and receiving, maintain inventory, and work safely to keep product moving through the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, will-call, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Maintains clean and safe work areas; reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks of forklift/pallet jack.
• Completes paperwork and checks as required; ensures productivity and accuracy.
• Picks, packing, and shipping tasks as needed.
