Job Summary

The Warehouse Associates' role is to pick up and deliver necessary items and to support Procurement/Fleet in their daily duties.

Duties and Responsibilities – Essential Functions

1. Receive tool requests from the field.
2. Deliver tools and supplies to the field.
3. Handle all tool transfers in Coins.
4. Maintain all equipment and have fixed when needed.
5. Receive all incoming freight and GRN in Coins.
6. Fill out all safety orders and deliver.
7. Maintain shop vehicles and have them serviced.
8. Vehicle reports for QuickBase.
9. Keep all equipment and safety items calibrated.
10. The warehouse is to be kept clean and neat.
11. Grounds: weed eat/weed killer or blown off.
12. Help with apprentice program as needed.
13. Building maintenance as needed.

1. Ability to focus, organize, and prioritize essential functions of this job to meet deadlines.
2. Ability to foster and maintain teamwork skills.
3. Demonstrates proficient and professional communication skills.
4. Able to adjust and be flexible to sudden demands.
5. Must be able to drive 1-ton truck.
6. Mechanical skills.

Education, Experience, and/or Prerequisites Preferred:

Very minimal operational experience at a level of construction in the electrical industry.
