• Starting Pay: $16 - $19/hour, depending on role and experience
• Shift: Sunday – Thursday, starting at 3 pm
• Location: New facility at 1200 Cassville White Rd., White, GA 30184
• Training: First 3-6 months at Atlanta (4820 N Church Ln SE, Atlanta, GA 30339) and Rockmart (326 S Marble St, Rockmart, GA 30153) locations

Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are vital to our success, working actively, safely, and independently to ensure the efficient flow of products while maintaining quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Handling inbound, outbound, and stored products, including offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing.

• Receive inbound merchandise and locate proper pick locations
• Restock order pick and flow lines
• Ensure proper placement of products to meet demands
• Maintain attention to detail in all work areas
• Transfer merchandise to appropriate locations and consolidate as needed
• Pack products securely and mark cartons/totes appropriately
• Track and move products efficiently within the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform end-of-shift tasks
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6+ months electric pallet jack experience
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10-90 pounds)
• Work in multi-temperature environments
• Obtain certifications for powered equipment (e.g., forklift)
• Pass drug test and background check
