Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join a high-performing team. You will support furniture operations alongside Sales Associates and the Store Manager to ensure smooth deliveries.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a 40-hour weekly schedule (Tuesday–Saturday). Must lift up to 50 lbs. HS diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse or furniture experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Dependable and on time every day.
• Team player and Self-starter – trained and trusted to work independently.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight and stock freight.
• Pull and prepare furniture for delivery company.
• Assist with furniture prep, floor moves and floor sets.
• Assist with tagging and maintaining floor standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
