Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Corona, CA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to help fulfill orders and support distribution operations in a climate-controlled facility.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 3 AM until finish, with overtime as needed and opportunities for performance-based incentives. You will stock and pick items, perform cycle counts, verify shipments, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to work a 3 AM start and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Pay Details

Pay starting at $21.75 with potential for up to $24.28 based on a variety of earning opportunities including performance incentives and referral bonuses.

Salary Range

Full time Salary Range* $37,752 - 56,650 *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.

Some Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Nice to have

• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
