Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation is hiring for a full-time distribution associate in Corona, CA. The role focuses on order fulfillment, cycle counting, and accurate product handling in a climate-controlled facility.

You will use RF scanning, maintain safety, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders during the Sunday through Thursday shift. Starting pay is $21.75 per hour with potential to $26.78 based on incentives, with overtime common to support real-time delivery.

Job Details

Shift Details: Full-Time | Sunday 5PM-Finish; Monday-Thursday 7PM-Finish

Pay Details: Pay starting at $21.75 with potential for up to $26.78 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Work Experience

Some Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
• Nice to have: Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Full time Salary Range* $37,752 - 56,650 *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
