Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow proper handling and safety procedures to minimize product damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and properly storing materials.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient operations.

Jo b Summary : The PGW Auto Glass Warehouse Employee is responsible for handling, storing, and distributing automotive glass products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
