Job summary

Core-Mark International is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Sacramento, CA. You will retrieve products, stack orders for delivery, monitor inventory, and pick/pack items for shipments. This role requires warehouse experience and the ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

The position offers pay up to $30/hr with incentives, sun-thurs shifts starting at 4PM, and must-have warehouse experience. Benefits include Day 1 health, 401(k) matching, stock plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled/overtime hours.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• The Full Case retrieves product, stacks orders for delivery, and monitors inventory levels.
• Retrieves product according to printed orders and packing.
• Restocks order selection zones and consolidates merchandise.
• Applies shipping ID labels and completes inventory paperwork.
• Maintains orderly workstation and returns supplies to locations.
• Records materials and inventory levels.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Full Case retrieves product, stacks orders for delivery, and monitors inventory levels within the warehouse. Directs, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
• Retrieves product in accordance with printed customer orders and packing products.
• Restocks order selection zones as necessary and consolidating merchandise. Stacks orders securely according to sequence of delivery route.
• Applies shipping ID labels to products and completing paperwork related to inventory process.
• Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Records materials and inventory levels.
• Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6 + months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• Able to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Compensation

$22.75 - $30.00/hr
