Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more of related warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including maintenance and mechanical issue recognition
• Powered industrial truck certification required
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into WMS computer systems
• Work overtime as needed
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers; ensure accurate scanning; assist in training dock employees; ensure security and housekeeping; perform picking and packing; check for damage
• Handle materials according to policies and procedures
• Perform material moves and related transactions
• Participate in team activities for improvement
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
