Together, we serve and impact our local community through our commitment to “Do The Most Good” at our Granada Hills store, which supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program. This role offers an opportunity to develop teamwork skills while contributing to the success of our program and its participants.

POSITION: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Sorting products efficiently and according to TSA policy standards
• Inspecting products for defects and damages to ensure quality
• Identifying products correctly and directing them to the appropriate department
• Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and transporting materials safely
• Following safety measures established by TSA policy and government regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality as required for the operation of the program

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as carts, merchandise, and fixtures
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Schedule:

The warehouse operates five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:35 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
