Job summary

XDS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Los Angeles as we launch in the North American market. You will support inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in warehousing, can lift up to 70 lbs, and are comfortable working with handheld scanners and pallet jacks. A flexible schedule and commitment to safety are valued as we scale operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
• Experience handling or operating warehouse tools and equipment.
• Comfort working in variable warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents.
• Move inventory throughout the facility as needed.
• Inspect and organize stock for accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products as required.
• Verify orders, label products and use handheld scanners.
• Operate ladders, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

XDS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join us on this ground‑floor opportunity to establish XDS in the North American market. You'll be a key member of our operations team, responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and shipments within our warehouse facility. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, ensuring all operational procedures are followed to meet distribution deadlines.

We have a full time position available.

What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming shipments
• Move material and inventory throughout the facility
• Meticulously inspect and organize stock
• Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipping
• Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
• Operate tools such as ladders, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyors
• Performing regular inventory counts
• Report any discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

You’re a Great Fit With:

• A year or more of experience in a warehouse environment
• Basic math skills for simple calculations, with and without a calculator
• Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents
• The ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 70 lbs
• The ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
• The ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Experience handling or managing tools and equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
